Pastor Severini serves in a rural island setting where pastors are often forgotten. When he attended the pastoral training organized by Twelve21 Global in Bukabwa, what shifted was not technique. It was vision.

We return to the same pastors, the same churches, the same families, year after year. Pastoral formation is not a single training. Discipleship is not a weekend retreat. We commit to the long, slow work of spiritual growth — however many seasons it takes.
+WE LISTEN
Local pastors know the communities they serve. They name what is forming and what is still being formed. Our role is to walk with them and equip them, not to bring an outside agenda to the local church.
+WE BUILD WITH
Spiritual Formation belongs to the local church, not to Twelve21 Global. We strengthen pastors, equip families, and support discipleship, but the formation itself is Christ’s work in the community. We are one presence among many.
